

I joined the gym 50 pounds overweight and on antidepressants. I started slowly doing cardio and machines. I lost 20 pounds after three months and then I hit a plateau and decided I needed help. Then I started personal training and at that time I was able to stop taking antidepressants. At one point I injured my back (not at the gym) and I used this time to begin a diet. I am 62 years young and am feeling great. Thanks to the gang at Energy Fitness. The staff here is the best – they are always here for you – to encourage you when you need it most! (When you are down on your weight or just not up to working out.) I started out weighing 278 pounds and now I am down to 228 pounds. I exercise 4 to 5 days per week and I eat right thanks to Gordon and his diet plan.
