Energy Fitness has a variety of services and club amenities available that you may not be aware of as a member. Some of these will be important to you when you first get started and others might not appeal or will not be needed until you are further down the fitness road. As always, if you have any questions about anything listed on these pages please call the club or e-mail us.

Cardio Training:
You will find everything that you need in our newly expanded cardio room. The time will go by quickly with our Cardio Theatre to keep you entertained.

Weight Training:
From the novice to the competitive body builder, we can meet the needs of every weight lifting program. Our weight room is complete with state of the art weight machines and plenty of free weights ranging from 3 - 100 lbs.

Classes:
A total body workout that increases your stamina, flexibility, and strength. We have classes going on now in Body Pump, Ab Attack, Cardio Kickboxing and Cardio Combo. These classes are included with your membership (no additional fees).

Smoothies:
We make delicious meal replacement or weight gainer protein shakes on the spot while you recover from your workout.
